Dear St. Mary School Families and Community,
Thank you for the incredible outpouring of support for our annual gala. Your participation and generosity truly made this event a success!
This year, we were thrilled to see an increase in engagement, with over 65% of our school families purchasing tickets or making donations. In total, we sold 141 tickets and received over $9,000 in monetary donations prior to the event. Additionally, more than 100 local businesses and organizations contributed items for our silent and live auctions.
We also introduced several exciting new initiatives this year. Taking our silent auction online, significantly expanded our fundraising reach. Class competitions as well as enhanced social media campaigns helped boost engagement. We also introduced official sponsorship opportunities for businesses contributing above a certain level. Additionally, our gala committee grew from 5-6 people to over 20 dedicated volunteers!
