New to the Gala is the magical GOLDEN TICKET!  This ticket can be purchased for $100.00.  One winner will be chosen (winner MUST be present) before the silent auction closes.  The winner will be able to chose one item from wither the silent or live auction!  So you have a chance to win a trip or Day at the Bay for $100.00!!

We believe this will add to the overall experience of our fun-filled evening. By having the information on file we will ensure a smooth transition from bidding to delivery and process of payment.

Hello St Mary Families!!!

The Gala is just a few weeks away and we can almost hear the horses at the gate. Three weeks until the event and we can almost hear the pounding of the hoofs.

Half the fun is getting ready! The most challenging question….What am going to wear? Well……..

We have a costume vendor, The Fairy Godmother, bringing over 100 hats for us to view! From small to large and everything in between, the hats will be here TODAY!

We will be displaying the hats between Hello St Mary families!!!

We will be displaying the hats between 4-6pm. Come by the Staff Lounge anytime during those hours and peruse the vast variety and find just the right one for you! We will have drinks and snacks as well.

She will also have some full costume ideas, from vintage to modern as well as appointment opportunities.

Opening Day at the Races

Dear St. Mary School Parents,

We are delighted to announce our 2016 Saint Mary School Gala! The theme is “Opening Day at the Races”. Yes fancy hats are required! Tickets are available now and the ticket form can be found on the website and in your child’s Friday folder. The Breeders’ Cup VIP Reception Tickets are limited! Get yours now before they are sold out!

Local celebrities attending are Emmy Award winning weeknight anchor for ABC/10News, Kimberly Hunt and her husband former Charger, now co-host of the Mighty 1090’s sport talk radio show known as Scott and BR…Billy Ray Smith. They are excited to attend our school Gala and we appreciate their support for our school!

We are always looking for volunteers to help with the planning of the Gala and the day of the event. Please contact me if you are interested in helping and adding to your service hour requirement. If you have any donations for the silent and/or live auction, please contact me and I will arrange for the pickup of these items.
