We had a great time at Bates Nut Farm – A big thank you to all the parents who joined us.

I have entered returned math homework onto Gradelink. If you have not been returning your child’s homework it is affecting their grade in math.

Next Tuesday, Oct. 27, we will have hat day for the letter Hh. Please have your child wear any type of hat to school that day.

HOMEWORK:

Math pages 47-50

Sound Bag for the letter Hh.

Please read with your child each night for at least 20 minutes.

SUPERSTAR: Joda – bring your photo album and sharing each day

Religion

We learned that ALL people are special. We also discussed this Sunday’s Gospel – Mark 10:46-52.

Reading

This week we read Bread and Jam for Frances for the letter Ff. Along with The Ghost’s Dinner and Grannyman for the letter Gg.

Math

We continue with Chapter 4. We are learning about one-to-one items, fewer/most and equalizing sets. MATH HOMEWORK PAGES 47-50, due October 30.

Cooking

We are green grapes and graham crackers for the letter Gg.

Science

We are learning about pumpkins and doing a variety of pumpkin activities.
