Please sign up for a conference time for next week at your convenience. A sign up sheet is outside the school office. Next Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are half days due to conferences – 12:00 dismissal.
HOMEWORK: Workbook pages 55-57 AND Worksheets – identify and practice using different numbers to equal 10.
Please read with your child each night for at least 20 minutes.

Religion: We learned how our friends help us to learn about God and how it is important to be a good friend. We also discussed this Sunday’s Gospel.
Reading: This week we read The Little Island for the letter Ii. We also read Jackalope, and Jamberry, and began story sequencing Nursery Rhymes like Jack Be Nimble and Jack and Jill.
Math: We are working on counting and writing numbers 6-10 along with adding numbers to make ten in a ten frame. MATH HOMEWORK: In the workbook pages 55-57 AND Worksheets – identify and practice using different numbers to equal 10.
Cooking: We made Jewelry out of Fruit loops for the letter Jj.
Science/Social Studies: Our theme this month is Native American Indians, Pilgrims and the First Thanksgiving.
