Congratulations to the King family as they welcome their new baby girl!
The school families gathered for their last recitation of the Rosary.
We enjoyed the 2nd grade All Saints Day Pageant and have something to look forward to when our class is in second grade.
HOMEWORK: Math worksheet – practice making patterns (ABAB, ABCABC).

Religion: We learned how families help us to learn about God and his creations. We also discussed All Saints Day and this Sunday’s Gospel.
Reading: This week we read Mrs. Holidays Handwriting School, Harry and the Bucketful of Dinosaurs and Hair for the letter Hh. We also read a wonderful story about forgiveness, called Ivy’s Icicle for the letter Ii,
Math: We continue with Chapter 4. We are working on counting and writing numbers 1-5 along with making patterns and graphing.
MATH HOMEWORK: Worksheet – practice making patterns.
Cooking: We made our own ice cream for the letter Ii.
Science/Social Studies: We will begin a new unit on Monday about Native American Indians, Pilgrims and the First Thanksgiving.
