First Grade Weekly Update

What a great week in first grade! We are continuing to master our math facts. Mrs. Martinez gave us a super-fun Pete the Cat Mystery Reader experience; complete with Easter treats! Also, first graders completed a STEM challenge on Wednesday where they constructed a nest for a baby chick – a Peep! They worked on their engineering skills and learned about balancing a structure.
