Social Studies: Our next field trip will be to Riley’s Farm on March, 15th. We will be experiencing a hands-on simulation of the Gold Rush Era! Permission slips went home last week and are due back by March 8th. Our chaperone/driver spaces have been filled.
Science: Chemical Processes
Students will explore the following concepts:
• Energy and fuels are derived from natural resources, and their uses affect the
environment.
• Energy can be transferred from place to place by sound, light, heat, and electric
currents.
• Devices can be used to convert energy from one form to another.
