Thank you to everyone who attended the Gala. If you would like your child to participate in the Teacher Experience – Toy Story movie night that was available at the auction, spots are still available for $25.00 per child. It will be held Friday, May 18, from 5-7 pm. Pizza, drinks and dessert are included.

Religion We discussed Ash Wednesday and the season of Lent. We also discussed Sundays’ Gospel.

Reading This week we read When I Grow Up and I Could be a …. and Community Helpers for our careers unit.

Math We are reviewing numbers and counting by 10’s, along with Garfield Math. Please practice counting and identifying numbers to 100. We will begin Chapter 3 on Tuesday.

Science/Social Studies We are discussing Community Helpers this month. If you would like to speak about your job to the class, please let me know.
