Kinder Newsletter for Nov. 3, 2017

On Friday, November 17th, we will have a Thanksgiving feast with the 8th grade class. It will be a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving Feast. I will need volunteers to help with food donations, set up, and clean up.

Congratulations to the second grade class. They did a great job with their Saint Reports.

We are collecting your unwanted Halloween candy, along with toothbrushes, and toothpaste until Wednesday for children in Mexico. Please consider donating.

SUPERSTAR: Ellie – bring your photo album and sharing each day.


We learned about Ordinary Time in the church and a variety of saints. We also discussed Sunday’s Gospel.


This week we read Humpty Dumpty, Ivy’s Icicle, Jackalope, and Jamberry for the letters H, I, and J.


We learned about fewer, more, and one-to-one.

MATH HOMEWORK: Workbook pages 43-46

Science/Social Studies

We finished up our dinosaur and harvest units. We have several projects this month on Native American Indians, Pilgrims, and Thanksgiving.
