We will be having our Math test on Time (Chapter 8) on Thursday, 5/11.  Students will come home with their completed study guides today.  Please help your child study by looking over their mistakes and practicing the problems that were difficult for them.

Students should be prepared to do the following:

• know the following terms:
  • half an hour
  • quarter to the hour
  • quarter past the hour
  • a.m.
  • p.m.
• identify hour and minute hands
• tell time to the minute
• draw analog time on a blank clock
• solve for elapsed time in the past and future
