We are completing our unit on community helpers and will begin learning about mammals on Monday.
HOMEWORK: Please practice reading long and short vowel words; students are having a difficult time with this. Make sure they are using their fingers to help them read (it really does help).

Math worksheets and have your child practice recognizing and writing numbers 1-100. You can also ask them “what number comes before/after and in between”.
Please have your child read to you or read with your child each night for at least 20 minutes. We will soon begin our lending library.
SUPERSTAR: Lucy – bring your poster and sharing each day!
Religion We are learning about the Lenten season. We joined our school families for Stations of the Cross in the Church. And we discussed Sundays’ Gospel.
Reading This week we read a longer book that took 3 days to read called Dr. DeSoto about a mouse dentist who out smarted a fox, and Just Ducky.
